Tim Martin - Drums/Vocals & Mayhem
Tim’s powerhouse groove channels the Motown-flavored stomp of the late, great Led Zeppelin drummer John Bonham. Tim has toured coast to coast and spent five years in L.A. where he played with the band Geronimo. Over the last ten years Tim has been playing with a wide array of Long Island cover bands at some of the areas hottest venues and festivals, including the Patchogue Theater and the Riverhead Blues Festival. Tim’s credits include the Top 40 band Stir Crazy and Los Locos, a 7-piece blues band with a full horn section. Tim is also known embodying his hero, John Bonham, in the Led Zeppelin tribute band Presence.




Chris D'Alessio - Bass/Vocals

A disciple of music for over 15 years. Chris is a well rounded talented bass player who derives his uniques style from a multitute of musical genre's. Besides being a performing musician since 1997, Chris has obtained 3 college degrees in music education, performance and composition.  Chris has performed with Tim in the past with the first edition of Top Dog and also currently performs with lead guitarist Sonny Angell with the local metal act Breakage Rising. Chris's charismatic high energy stage presence is a very valued quality that invokes a new level of live music performance.  



Bob Wassmuth - Guitar/Keyboards/Vocals

Bobby is a talented multi-instrumentalist and has been Tommy’s right-hand man for years. The two played together in Nurse Diesel, Heywire and Under Cover. Bobby’s first band was Eastman Express, which consisted of neighborhood friends from Farmingdale. He then played with Booker T'z and Cancelled, The Hamptons and The Chaperones. Bobby is the unofficial musical director of Top Dog and is affectionately known as “the utility man” because of his versatility. Bobby’s dedication to the integrity of the songs Top Dog covers is the foundation of the band.




Sonny Angell - Lead guitar/Vocals

A self taught musician since 1998. Sonny gains his influence from bands like Metallica, Dream Theater, Judas Priest, Nocturnal Rites, Rammstein, Racer X, to name a few. Being close friends with Bassist Chris D'Alessio nabbed him the gig in Top Dog. Aside from being new to the cover band circuit, Sonny has been playing in original bands since 2001, which has sculpted his skill to what it is today.

Tommy Lynn - Lead Vocals

Tommy is a true Long Island legend. He has been at the forefront of the local music scene for years and sang for many of the areas most promising acts, including Magenta, Guitar Pete’s Axe Attack (Heavy Metal Records in the U.K.), Battalion and Gypsy Rose. His bands have toured the country with Lita Ford, Faster Pussycat, Kix, Keel, Cinderella, Britney Fox, L.A. Guns and Ritchie Blackmore’s Rainbow. For the past few years Tommy has been around town, fronting the cover bands Nurse Diesel, the Nail Drivers, Heywire and Under Cover. Tommy is the undisputed heart and soul of Top Dog.
